Quality standards and testing standards of the bidding products
(1) Before the ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings are delivered, the supplier's technical supervision department shall inspect and accept the factory, and the factory inspection report shall be submitted to the Employer upon delivery.
(2) Ductile iron pipes and pipe fittings shall be inspected and accepted in batches, and each batch shall be composed of ductile iron pipes and pipe fittings with the same nominal diameter, the same interface form, the same thickness grade classification, the same size and length and the same annealing system.
(3) The size, surface quality, hydrostatic test and anti-corrosion coating quality of the ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings shall be inspected one by one and comply with the provisions of ISO2531 standard.
(4) The weight of ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings shall be sampled and inspected according to the ISO2531 theoretical weight.
(5) The mechanical properties of ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings shall be tested according to the requirements of ISO2531 or GB / T13295.
(6) The size and shape of the ductile iron pipes and pipe fittings shall be measured by using calipers, samples or other measuring tools with 1 / 10 mm accuracy.
(7) The surface quality and anti-corrosion coating quality of the ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings shall comply with the international standards ISO 4179, ISO8179 and the relevant standards and specifications of the People's Republic of China, and the zinc content shall not be less than 99%, and the weight of the sprayed metal zinc layer shall not be less than 130g / m2.
(8) The chemical analysis of ductile iron pipes and pipe fittings shall be conducted in accordance with the Chemical Analysis Methods of Iron and Steel and Alloys.
(9) Before coating the anticorrosion layer, each straight pipe and pipe fittings adopt a reliable method according to the requirements of ISO2531 or GB / T13295, and the hydraulic test is carried out in the factory. Before the test, the outer surface of the straight pipe and pipe fittings should be dry, and the pressure stabilization time is not less than 15 seconds, and no leakage, sweat or other unqualified phenomena.
